SCC is a division of Burns Bros. Inc., whose headquarters are in Portland, OR, USA. SCC was founded in 1969 as a designer and distributor of winter traction products.

One of SCC's newest innovations is the patented SmartBar™, a much-improved version of the "loadlock" that's widely used to help stabilize loads inside commercial trailers and vans. We also offer a wide variety of other products for transportation and industry, such as load binders, chain & webbing assemblies, lifting slings and bulk chain, cable & accessories.
